Receding Gums Brings Bad News To Those Who Have Lip Piercing

Most teenagers and other individuals find lip piercing that centers the stud in the lower lip where it meets the chin very trendy, what they do not know is that lip piercing can significantly increase the risk of receding gums. The continual contact with the stud on the inside of the lip contributes to recession of the gum line, thus making individuals with lip piercing prone to have receding gum lines.
