Sleep Problem and things that we can do for cure
Generally sleep means undisturbed environment for your brain and constitution, so that they get enough rejuvenating time to heal and repair. But sleep problem makes sleep difficult and the lack of sleep is known to cause sickness. If you want to find a cure for your sleep problem, you must develop a healthy habit of sleeping at the same time everyday preferably early in the night. Also make sure that you wake up at the same time every day, just to maintain the body rhythm and a regular sleep pattern. The use of a sleep aid is very helpful, as it helps in the production of melatonin in the body. Melatonin is our body’s natural sedative.
