Wisdom teeth or third molar

In adulthood, fourteen teeth are present in each dental arcade (two central incisors, two lateral incisors, two dogs, four premolars and four molars), arranged symmetrically.
Some people wisdom teeth or third molars, real balances of our primitive ancestors, and more are present. It finds people with four wisdom teeth while others have only three, two or even one. These teeth, if they have a place to evolve in the mouth usually appear around the age of 17, 18. But in some cases they are hampered in their development and are emerging in the mouth only partial (part of the crown emerges from the gums, the other party is still under the gums) or never appear ( they say when they are used in the bone).
